The Central Maine Cleft Palate and Craniofacial Team is here to assist you and your family as well as your primary care physician in the management of your child's cleft or craniofacial anomaly.
Our team of local professionals having expertise in the management of cleft or craniofacial defects will evaluate your child. You will be an active part of the evaluation process. After the evaluation, the team will provide a comprehensive plan of care for your child. This plan will cover the next several years and will address growth and development challenges that may lie ahead for your child and family.
Our goal is to ensure that your child's care is comprehensively coordinated and understood by you and the healthcare providers who are part of your child's team.
When intervention is recommended, our team can review options for care consistent with your child's needs and age.
Your child will have a number of needs over the years. Our team stands ready to help you.
